The concept for Seager was born in 2013 when co-founders Mattson Smith and Elliott Shaw envisioned a brand that would blend influences from surf culture, the outdoors, and classic Western apparel. In 2014, they partnered with co-founder Case Anderson, and together they formalized Seager—a lifestyle brand rooted in the grit and ruggedness of the Old West. Seager officially launched in the summer of 2015 with a limited release of shirts and a single snapback hat.
As a bootstrapped brand, we focus on creating small-batch collections that uphold the highest standards of quality. Each season, we intentionally sell through our offerings, ensuring minimal waste and no leftover stock. This commitment to craftsmanship and sustainability is at the core of everything we do.
